Job Description
Advanced Research & Analytics is a Data Science team, focused on solving the Healthcare business problems. Team is responsible to design & deliver the solutions using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Process Automation, Business Intelligence capabilities. It is critical for Data & Platform team to take responsibility & ensure that the infrastructure needs to build solutions using advanced analytics are being met & provide recommendations from an infrastructure perspective to scale & integrate the solutions to meet the enterprise level strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the ARA Development/Data scientists in preparing code deployment to production.
- Liaise with Onshore Production Support and Optum Technology Team as in when needed.
- Understand the business criticality of the applications across Analytical Environment.
- Coordinate with concerned development teams to fix any issues faced.
- Test production rollouts and coordinate with Optum Technology Team
Handle production outages and send periodic updates globally.
Min Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems .
Min Experience: Two years in computer systems analysis / software development
Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, similar technical field of study
